| Richard Nacht is the founder and CEO of Blogging Systems Group. Richard has twenty-five years in the marketing, finance and technology development industries. Richard has focused his talents on creating e-commerce strategies aimed at producing technologies that benefit the consumer and businesses. Richard founded one of the first online lending platforms in the late 1990s and took the operation from its original online birth to successful acquisition by a national lender in 2003. Richard then leveraged his online consumer and business to business marketing experience by founding Blogging Systems Group. Blogging Systems is a leader in the rapidly growing social internet, social media and social networking industry by delivering a technology platform that produces a low-cost, high results tool for effective communication and collaboration internally and with the public and consumers, competitive marketing, sales, and customer relations and is used by Fortune 500 companies such as Wachovia, Toyota, Boston Scientific and others including publishers, associations and clients in other verticals. Among his significant successes Richard has been honored as a New Jersey Governor’s Cup for Entrepreneurial Excellence finalist and he was a member of the Inc. 500 list of Richard is the author of the forthcoming Social Media and Recruiting coming from Wiley in Winter 2008 and co-author of Realty Blogging: Build your Brand and Outsmart Your Competition. He is a Senior Fellow with the Society for New Communications Research, and Chairman of the SNCR Education Committee. This time enabled Chris to become well versed in the need to effectively merge superior customer service with internet technology tools. Chris has a unique skill set that enables him to multi-channel a variety of roles which provides him with the direct responsibility of ensuring N&C client needs are fully met. Steve began his recruiting industry career at Monster Worldwide 2000 where he was a regional vice-president leading an enterprise level sales team. After two years at Monster Steve was promoted to the sister company, TMP Worldwide, as the District Vice-President/General Manager to run the New England Region. Steve managed a team of 40 individuals and secured a $30+ million dollar recruitment business. After three years Steve moved to start-up company, Jobster, where he served as a member of the founding team, taking on the role as Vice-President Channel Sales and Alliances. Steve created more than 30 strategic partnerships during his tenure at Jobster. Steve has served as both a judge and presenter at the Creative Excellence Awards in 2005 and continues to be involved in national recruiting organizations and committees. |
